Truedy provides AI-powered voice automation, communication tools, onboarding workflows, and related software services. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with platform security or operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use automated systems to exploit the service

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI voice communications complies with all applicable telemarketing, privacy, and call recording laws, including federal and state regulations.

5. Compliance with Communication Laws

If you use Truedy for outbound or inbound communications, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state call recording laws, and do-not-call regulations.

You must obtain any legally required consent before initiating automated communications or recording calls.

6. Payment Terms

Certain services may require payment. By purchasing paid services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges if applicable

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and technology are the exclusive property of Truedy Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform, subject to the licenses granted to us to operate and improve the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truedy Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Truedy in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truedy Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
